Party Reservations are available for Members ONLY.

There are two spots available to reserve:

The south side of the pavilion is $50 per 3 hour time slot. (all monies are deposited into our capital improvement fund).  At this time we are not requiring a deposit.

The picnic tables under the tree, by the sheds are also available to reserve. No fee.

Time slots:

12-2:45pm

3-5:45pm

6-8:45pm

30 guests maximum (swimming or non)

• Grills are available, but are also available to other members. (cannot be moved to the picnic table area or the pavilion)
• On day of event, the adult hosting the party must be present for the entire duration of the party.  On arrival, speak with manager on duty to clarify how you want guest fee to be handled.  We can keep a tally and tell you how many at the end of the party so you can pay for them, OR they can pay as they enter.
• Adult party host is responsible for the behavior of their guests, cleaning tables and grills as needed following the party, and returning Club property (utensils, knives, etc.) used during the party to the snack bar for washing.

All Club Rules and Regulations apply to parties.

Non-member swimming guests are $5.00. 

There is no charge for non-swimming guests.

To make a reservation check in at the front desk or email fourseasonsmembership@gmail.com.  Please provide the approximate number of swimming guests. 

Pool social and swim team activities take priority.
